Year-Round Training

- Our year-round, bi-weekly Sunday trainings (kicking 9-10:30AM & punting 10:30-12PM). We firmly believe that proper competition breeds success in athletes. In doing so, Year-round training will involve our same training methodologies but in a group setting. We strongly encourage athletes to attend this session to receive consistent coaching. We will train at Carrollwood Day School (1515 W. Bearss Avenue Tampa, FL 33613)

  • Groups will not exceed a 7:1 player to coach ratio.

Small Group Training

- This is very similar to our year-round training, but done in smaller groups. We will practice items catered to your needs. This includes foundational work, situational work, and live operations.

  • Sessions are 1.5 hours.

Private Training

- Private, 1 on 1 work. This is geared towards achieving maximum technical work for kicking/punting. we will utilize on-field analysis via video, include foundational work in biomechanics, mental preparation, and game-like situational work.

  • Sessions are 1.5 hours. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start of your session in order to properly warm up and use your whole slot time.

    • 1 hour sessions are available upon request.
